When you submit a renovation enquiry through RenoKey SG, we collect the following personal information:

• Full name
• WhatsApp / phone number
• Email address
• Property type (e.g. HDB BTO, HDB resale, condominium)
• Renovation budget range
• Project description (optional free text)

2. Why We Collect It

We collect this information solely to match you with up to 3 interior design firm partners who are relevant to your property type, location, and budget. We do not use your data for any other commercial purpose without your separate consent.

3. Who We Share It With

Your personal data is shared only with the interior design firms we match you with — up to 3 firms per enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, unless you request deletion earlier. After this period, your data is securely deleted from our systems.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by RenoKey SG at any time. To exercise these rights, please email us at hello@renokey.sg. We will respond to deletion requests within 14 business days.
